Please use the car loop for drop off at the door for the remainder of camp. Wait until you reach the sidewalk to unload. Campers should not cross the parking lot. Use the sidewalk! If you are unloading lots of large instruments you may park along the sidewalk at the athletic fields.
Pleasearrive at Mount Hebron between 8:15 & 8:30 each day of camp.
The music entrance is located at the far left as you face the building from the road. (See map below)
Please do not use the main parking lot entrance. Instead please use the parking lot entrance at the far north/past the left end of the building. (See map below).
Dismissal begins at 12:30. Use the carloop as shown on the map belowor park along the athletic field to pick up campers. Because our camp is so well attended, please be patient and understanding so that everyone is safe in the parking lot.
Bring to Camp:
Water bottle/drink (unbreakable container).
Snack to eat during break.
Instrument and any accessories you will need. (Extra reeds, oil, grease, tuba stands, tuners, etc.)
Flute/Oboe/Alto Sax players please bring a music stand from home.
Tuba players: Please bring a tuba from home - we do not have access to the Mount Hebron tubas.
Percussionists: Whatever sticks/mallets you have are all that is required. You do not need to bring a bell kit from home.
Outdoor recess equipment (optional): We take a break every morning for recess/snack. Frisbees, balls, games, etc are welcome!

The camp culminates with a grand finale concert for family and friends at the James Rouse Theatre in Columbia on Friday July 24th.

Grand Finale Concert:
Our camp culminates with our Grand Finale Concert for family and friends on Friday, July 24th at the James Rouse Theatre (JRT) at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia. The concert will begin at 11:00 and last until apx. 12:30. Camp will not take place at Mount Hebron HS on Friday the 24th. Campers will need to be dropped off at JRT at 8:30 for final rehearsal that morning. Families can return when doors open at 10:45 for the 11:00 concert. You won't want to miss it! The concert is free and open to the public. Bring family, friends, neighbors, etc!
