Arrival/Drop-Off Procedures starting Tuesday, July 16th:
Please arrive at Mount Hebron between 8:15 & 8:25 each day of camp. Please do not arrive before 8:15!.
Moving forward parents/caretakers do not need to park and escort participants into the building. That was just a "first day procedure!"
We will have some staff/counselors to help direct traffic, especially the first day.
Dismissal begins at 12:30. Use the carloop as shown on the map below or park along the athletic field to pick up campers. Because our camp is so well attended, please be patient and understanding so that everyone is safe in the parking lot.
Absence Form:
Please complete our Google Absence Form in advance if your child will need to be absent from camp. Thank you!
Grand Finale Concert (and dress rehearsal) information:
The concert is free for everyone. If you have not attended an ECBC concert before, you are in for a treat! Please encourage relatives, friends, and neighbors to attend.
Bring to Camp:
Completed Waiver/health survey PDF (will be sent via email) - we must have this on day one for every camper and counselor.
Water bottle/drink (unbreakable container) & snack. Note: We cannot use the water fountains at MHHS, so bring enough with you!
Snack to eat during break.
Instrument and any accessories you will need. (Extra reeds, oil, grease, tuba stands, tuners, etc.)
Tuba players: Please bring a tuba from home - we do not have access to the Mount Hebron tubas.
Percussionists: Whatever sticks/mallets you have are all that is required. You do not need to bring a bell kit from home.
Outdoor recess equipment (optional): We take a break every morning for recess/snack. Frisbees, balls, games, etc are welcome!
