ECBC Camp Week Details:

Thursday, July 27th: Pizza & Slip-N-Slide Party
Friday, July 29th: CAMP CONCERT AT JIM ROUSE THEATER/WILDE LAKE HS
Arrival/Pick-Up procedures for remainder of camp:
Music Links/Study Recordings/Practicing: Campers are encouraged to practice the music we started learning today! Especially with our day off on Tuesday, individual practice to improve can go a long way. A link to reference recordings has been sent via email. It's ok to practice at a slower tempo - but the recordings are a great model.
July 29th Camp Day/Concert: The last day of camp will be held at Wilde Lake High School and will conclude with a concert at 11:00 in the James Rouse Theater at WLHS.
Thursday, July 27th: Pizza & Slip-N-Slide Party
- Pizza is provided for all campers/counselors. Bring drinks and other food to supplement.
- Bring bathing suits, towels, sunscreen.
- You will pick-up happy but WET & campers. Wet campers may not re-enter the MHHS building so bring extra towels for the ride home.
- All counselors please plan to stay after camp for 1 hour to help the staff clean up all our areas.
Friday, July 29th: CAMP CONCERT AT JIM ROUSE THEATER/WILDE LAKE HS
- 8:45 Drop off for rehearsal at Wilde Lake High - use the Jim Rouse Theater entrance on far left.
- Auditorium doors open for spectator seating at 11:00.
- Concert begins at 11:15.
- There are no limits to spectator capacity at the JRT. Bring family and friends!
Arrival/Pick-Up procedures for remainder of camp:
- Please arrive at Mount Hebron between 8:15 & 8:30 each day of camp. Please do not arrive before 8:15!
- All musicians should be in their seat to start at 8:30.
- It will be safest if as many families as possible use the loop to drop off without parking. Lots of cars pulling in and out of spots while the loop is going creates an unsafe situation. Please see the map below. If you have large instruments or many campers to load please use the parking spots along the athletic fields and be careful pulling out into the moving car line. You may need to wait for an appropriate time.
- Dismissal is at 12:30 - you can pull through the loop or park to pick up your camper. Again, please only park if you have tubas/large instruments to load or have to pick up many campers. Use the loop if at all possible and wait for the cars in front of you to move. Pulling out of line is unsafe.
